With 20 years of experience in this challenging environment
Helena oversees anything from the management of the office to the
company financials. Known as the back bone of the company Helena's
commitment is unrivalled within the business. Working closely with
the directors she transfers her own unique brand to the business
which is respected by all those within the team.

Gareth Semple M.N.A.E.A. - Corporate
Services
Gareth joins the team as Corporate Services / Business
Relationship Manager. With a background in Estate Management,
Insolvency Disposal Sales and Corporate Finance he brings a fresh
approach and management ethos to this expanding sector of our
business therefore enabling us to deliver the best professional
service. As a member of the National Association of Estate Agents
and a qualified valuer Gareth has 15 years experience within his
chosen profession.

Lynne Girvan - Fleet Sales Manager
Over a decade of providing vehicle reporting data with many of
the FN50 listed companies Lynne is well respected within the
industry. Her committed approach and knowledge of auction
management systems holds her in the highest regard among our
clients both corporate and trade. As an integral part of the back
room staff she oversees the daily activities of the auction
infrastructure and is at hand to assist with any future
developments required by our client base.

Robert Jenkins - Liquidations/Disposal Manager
Robert is a professional key member of the team for the past 15
years and with his auction management experience controls auctions
consisting of Liquidations, Disposals, Fine Art, Antiques, Gym
Equipment, Catering Equipment and many offsite auctions. With his
unique and wide knowledge right across the auction spectrum, Robert
is highly regarded in the auction world and has a genuine desire to
see customer satisfaction and provide a service second to none.

Richard Smith - Car Auction Manager
With over 15 years experience of all levels of the vehicle
remarketing sector his experience and likeability factor is
essential to the grass roots level of the business. Working closely
with the trade and corporate vendors his friendly approach is
respected by all clients both old and new, however his dedication
and work ethic is unrivalled by others. The 'engine room' of all
car auction events Richard and his team ensure the smooth operation
of all sales both general and fleet alike.

Billy Given - LCV / Commercial Auction Manager
The most experienced team member within the business. Billy has
overseen the development of this specialist department for 35 years
and has long term relationships with the majority of the major
commercial vendors and buyers in the region. His hands on approach
and knowledge of the commercial vehicle sector both LCV and HGV is
unique within Northern Ireland which is well respected within the
industry.
