Entry forms are required to be clearly completed in full as these forms are used by the auctioneer to describe the vehicle from the rostrum.

It is up to the prospective seller to determine its condition and value. The description on the entry form enables the seller to describe the condition of the vehicles major mechanical components and thus draws the buyer's attention to such features.
