£1.5 million hammer total!

Belfast City Auctions broke another record yesterday by selling 260 units breaking the previous best achieving a hammer total of just over £1,500,000.

Raymond Hill CEO stated 'this record is another piece of the jigsaw coming together to become the leading asset and automotive auction in the Northern Ireland region. We absolutely give our clients 100% and this result fundamentally is the reward'.

MD Michael Tomalin confirms 'we are not yet at capacity. My target is 1000 units a month at Belfast City Auctions with a weekly fleet event and I intend to achieve it. We are getting close with a regular 750+ a month but we need to move up a gear to achieve our potential. With the introduction of Dublin City Auctions the growth has continued which has to be a major plus as I have been covering the miles between the two auction centres. The group will progress with a capital city auction house in England in the near future. I believe we can become a major force across the UK and Ireland with successful operations in Belfast, Dublin and London City in the future. We are beginning to get a great team with both experienced personnel and young blood. It's exciting times for the City Auction Group'.
