NI Housing Executive select Belfast City Auctions as preferred partner

Belfast City Auctions have been awarded the three year contract to provide Estate Agency Services for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. Gareth Semple who manages the Land & Property Department states 'We are delighted to be working closely with the NIHE for the next few years. The Housing Executive were established in 1971 as Northern Ireland's strategic housing authority and administer a budget of £750 million with over 3,000 staff. To be working alongside such an established organisation confirms our commitment to provide a professional service to the government sector'.
