As Operations Director at City Auction Group Zaiga plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the business. Her responsibilities encompass sales performance, vendor relationships, operational management, transport and logistics while also supporting both new and existing business development initiatives throughout the Group.

Charlie Edwards

Client Relationship Director

Charlie brings 20 years of experience in the vehicle remarketing industry, having built her career at some of the UK's leading auction houses as Account Director. This depth of experience gives her a well rounded, multi-perspective understanding of the remarketing sector and the priorities that matter most to customers.                  

As Client Relationship Director Charlie leads the management of key customer accounts across the business, driving sales growth and performance while overseeing relationship management and supporting new business development throughout the Group. She also heads up the Buyer Services team playing a central role in retaining and growing City Auction Group's buyer base.

Her close involvement across every stage of the customer journey gives her a practical, commercially focused perspective, enabling her to deliver solutions that work for corporate vendors, buyers and colleagues alike.

Charlie's leadership is shaped by a genuine belief that strong relationships are built through honesty, reliability and always putting the customer first. With 12 years of experience in the automotive industry Lauren has been a valued member of City Auction Group for the past seven years following five years in automotive retail with leading manufacturer brands. 
This diverse background has provided her with an exceptional foundation in customer service and client care.

At City Auction Group Lauren oversees the customer journey from registration through to sale and vehicle collection, ensuring every interaction is delivered with professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail. With over 25 years of experience in the automotive auction and vehicle remarketing industry, Lee has built a career defined by unrivalled passion, unwavering determination and a commitment to delivering exceptional results for customers, colleagues and business partners.

Throughout his career Lee has developed a unique breadth of experience across the UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland working with many of the UK's leading FN50 fleet operators, franchised dealer groups, corporate organisations and the wider motor trade. Building long standing relationships founded on trust, integrity and reliability has been central to his success, alongside a consistent focus on exceeding customer expectations.

In his current role Lee leads the sales function while supporting and driving the continued growth and development of our remarketing channels and defleet service solutions. Lee has an exceptional track record in business development, key account management and securing successful partnerships across the UK and Ireland consistently identifying opportunities that deliver long term value.

With almost 40 years of operational leadership experience, Justin has built a reputation for delivering results through strong leadership, teamwork and an unwavering commitment to service excellence.
